Streamsong Red
Streamsong Red is a strategic, walking-friendly resort course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. Its wide sandy landscapes reward thoughtful angles, confident putting and careful club selection more than maximum power. The easiest trip is to stay at Streamsong Resort and play Red alongside Blu
KNOW THE COURSE
What to know
COURSE IDENTITY
A modern inland links
Red uses large dunes, exposed sand, native grasses and broad fairways to create a links-style experience in central Florida. Its design emphasizes angles, contours and shot placement.
HOW TO PLAY
Pick your line before your club
Many holes offer multiple routes from the tee. Choose the side that gives the best approach angle, then favor the safest part of the green rather than chasing every flag.

Expect wind and uneven lies
Wind can change club selection quickly, while sandy slopes and firm runoffs make recovery shots important. Practice low runners, bump-and-runs and putting from off the green.
IDEAL ITINERARY
Make it a two-night trip
Arrive the afternoon before your first round, play Red on day one, then play Streamsong Blue or Black on day two before departing. Add a replay or practice session if you want a more relaxed schedule.
- Day 1: arrive, check in and warm up
- Day 2: Streamsong Red
- Day 3: Blue or Black, then depart
STAY
Stay on property
On-site lodging keeps transportation simple and lets you use the resort’s golf, dining and practice facilities. Book lodging and tee times together when possible.

Build in transfer time
Streamsong is a destination resort rather than a course near a major city. Arrange a rental car or confirmed transfer, and verify current tee-time, caddie, walking and transportation policies before booking.
